# PepLabo — Private Peptide & Injection Tracker for iPhone and Android > PepLabo is a private peptide and injection tracker for iPhone and Android. It logs doses with time and injection site, runs user-defined programs and on/off cycles, tracks remaining amounts in vials, converts reconstitution math into syringe units, sends reminders (before, on time, missed; Time Sensitive on iOS), handles time zones with travel mode, and includes Pep, a porcelain lab companion. URL: https://peplabo.app/peptide-tracker/ PepLabo is a peptide tracker for iPhone and Android. It logs each dose with the time and injection site, runs your own programs and on/off cycles on a weekly grid, counts down to the next dose and keeps a full history you can export or turn into a PDF report. It never suggests doses. - Set up a program: Add a compound, your times and the days you take it. On and off cycles and breaks are part of the program, not a note on the side. - Log in two taps: When a dose is due, the Today screen shows it with a live countdown. Tap Log dose, confirm the site, done. Forgot one yesterday? Add it to history with the right time. - See the pattern: Dose history comes as a calendar and a list. A level estimate curve shows how your doses overlap over time. It is an estimate, not a blood level, and the app explains how it is drawn. - Bring it to your appointment: Create a PDF report of your history (Pro) or export your data as a file whenever you want. ### A vial tracker that knows what is left in every vial. URL: https://peplabo.app/vial-tracker/ PepLabo keeps a shelf of your vials. Each one shows the remaining amount and an estimate of doses left, updated every time you log. You can scan a vial label with the camera (text is read on your phone) and PepLabo warns you before a vial runs out. - Add a vial: Enter the amount and the water you added, or scan the label to fill in the text. Lot and expiry dates are optional. - Watch it drain: Every logged dose lowers the level in the vial. The estimate of doses left updates on its own. - Get a heads-up: When a vial is close to empty, PepLabo reminds you to prepare the next one. ### A dose reminder app that reaches you, even across time zones. URL: https://peplabo.app/dose-reminders/ PepLabo sends local reminders before each dose, on time and when a dose is missed. On iPhone they are Time Sensitive so Focus modes let them through; on Android they use exact alarms. Travel mode (Pro) lets you choose how reminders handle a time difference. Water, meal and sleep reminders are optional. - Before, on time, missed: Choose any of the three for each program. If a dose is missed, the reminder tells you, it does not tell you what to do. - Through Focus modes: On iPhone, dose reminders are marked Time Sensitive. On Android, exact alarms keep the time. - When you travel: Pick the destination on the globe and choose: keep home time, switch to local time, or shift gradually. PepLabo only does the calendar math; the choice is yours. A packing list counts what to bring. - The rest of your day: Optional water, meal and sleep reminders, and gentle nudges from Pep. ### An injection site rotation tracker, so you never keep it in your head. URL: https://peplabo.app/injection-site-rotation/ PepLabo records the injection site with every dose on a front and back body map. It shows the last site used and a weekly heat map, so it is easy to see which areas have rested. When you log a dose, it suggests the area you have rested longest among the ones you use, and you can always pick another. - Tap the site: When you log a dose, tap the area on the body map. Front and back are both there. - See what rested: A weekly heat map shows which areas you used and how often. - Check the last one: The last site appears on the Today screen next to your last dose. ### A calm GLP-1 tracker for your weekly shot. URL: https://peplabo.app/glp-1-tracker/ PepLabo works for GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®), in pens or vials. It keeps your weekly schedule, reminds you on shot day, records the injection site and tracks weight with optional Apple Health or Health Connect import. It does not give medical advice. - Your weekly rhythm: Set the day and time of your shot. PepLabo counts down to it and reminds you before, on time and if you miss it. - Pens or vials: Log pens, cartridges or vials. For vials, the calculator converts your prescribed dose into syringe units. - Sites and weight: Rotate injection sites on a body map and follow weight, sleep and steps. Pro can read them from Apple Health or Health Connect. ### PepLabo AI: ask Pep about your own records. URL: https://peplabo.app/pep-ai/ Pep AI is part of PepLabo Pro. It answers questions about your own logs, such as when you last took something or how consistent your week was, and estimates calories and macros from a meal photo. Dose and medical questions are declined on the phone. Before anything is sent, you see it and confirm; amounts are removed from the summary. - Ask in your own words: Questions about your logs, streaks and history. Pep answers with cards you can tap back into. - Photo in, macros out: Take a picture of your meal. Pep estimates calories and macros, and you edit before saving. Barcodes for packaged food are free. - Say it or scan the menu: Tell Pep what you ate out loud, or photograph a restaurant menu. Pep estimates calories and macros for each dish, and you choose what to save. - Clear limits: Pep declines dose and medical questions before they leave your phone, and you confirm every request. ## Reconstitution math To find syringe units, divide the vial amount by the water added to get the concentration (mg per mL), divide your dose by the concentration to get the volume, then multiply the volume in mL by 100 for a U-100 insulin syringe. - Concentration: Amount in the vial ÷ water added = mg per mL. For example, 5 mg in 2 mL is 2.5 mg/mL. - Volume to draw: Your dose ÷ concentration = mL. 0.25 mg ÷ 2.5 mg/mL = 0.1 mL. - Syringe units: On a U-100 insulin syringe, 1 mL is 100 units, so mL × 100 = units. 0.1 mL is 10 units. - Doses per vial: Amount in the vial ÷ your dose. 5 mg ÷ 0.25 mg = 20 doses. A unit converter, not a dosing guide. Check every number with your clinician or pharmacist. ## Syringe units (U-100) On a U-100 insulin syringe, 1 mL is 100 units, so 1 unit is 0.01 mL. To turn mL into units, multiply by 100; to turn units into mL, divide by 100. 0.25 mL is 25 units and 30 units is 0.3 mL. A unit converter for U-100 syringes only, not a dosing guide. Check every number with your clinician or pharmacist. ## Bacteriostatic water Bacteriostatic water is sterile water that contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, a preservative that holds back the growth of bacteria. That lets one vial be entered more than once. It is used to dissolve or dilute other products, and an opened vial is commonly discarded 28 days after first use unless its label gives another date. Which diluent to use and how much to add is a question for your pharmacist or clinician. This page explains the terms; it is not instructions for any product. ## Reading a U-100 insulin syringe A U-100 insulin syringe is marked in units, and 100 units equal 1 mL, so each unit is 0.01 mL. On a 1 mL syringe each small line is usually 2 units; on 0.5 mL and 0.3 mL syringes it is usually 1 unit. Read the amount at the edge of the plunger’s rubber seal closest to the needle. Which syringe to use, and how much to draw, is a question for your pharmacist or clinician. This page explains how the scale is printed; it is not dosing advice. ## Half-life estimate After one half-life, half of a dose remains; after two, a quarter; after five, about 3%. - Azalışını izle: Kaydettiğin her doz şişedeki seviyeyi düşürür. Pep, dokunup ilgili kayda dönebileceğin kartlarla cevaplar. - Fotoğraf gir, makro çık: Öğününün fotoğrafını çek. Pep kalori ve makroları tahmin eder, sen kaydetmeden önce düzenlersin.
