1. Sözleşme, işletmeci ve yaş

Bu koşullar PepLabo mobil uygulaması, peplabo.app ve ilgili hizmetlerin kullanımını düzenler. İşletmeci: THA MOTORS TRADING - FZCO, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. İletişim: support@peplabo.app.

Hizmeti kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında ve bağlayıcı sözleşme yapabilecek durumda olmalısın. Bu koşulları kabul etmiyorsan hizmeti kullanma. Satın alma sırasında gösterilen mağaza koşulları da uygulanır. Gizlilik Politikası veri işlemlerini açıklar; bu koşullar sağlık verisi işleme veya AI için gereken ayrı onayın yerine geçmez.

2. Sağlık bilgisi ve araçların sınırları

PepLabo girilen kayıtları düzenler, hatırlatma oluşturur ve bilgi sunar. Hasta-hekim ilişkisi oluşturmaz; hastalık teşhisi, tedavi kararı, madde seçimi veya güvenli doz belirleme hizmeti değildir. Kütüphanede bir maddenin bulunması o maddenin kullanımını, güvenliğini, etkinliğini veya ülkende onaylı olduğunu göstermez. PepLabo madde satmaz veya tedarik etmez.

Hesaplamalar girdiğin miktar, birim, konsantrasyon ve araç kapasitesine bağlıdır. Etiket tanıma, barkod araması, şişe doluluğu/tükenme tahmini ve besin değerleri eksik ya da hatalı olabilir. Girilen değerleri, birimleri, ürün etiketini ve sonucu doğrula. Sağlık kararları, yan etkiler, uygulama şekli veya doz için yetkili sağlık uzmanına danış; uygulama sonucuyla bir tedaviyi başlatma, değiştirme veya bırakma.

AI yanıtları doğru görünse de yanlış, eksik veya güncelliğini yitirmiş olabilir. Güvenlik filtreleri tüm yanlış yanıtları önleyemez. AI konuşmaları bir sağlık uzmanı tarafından gerçek zamanlı izlenmez. Acil durumda uygulamadan yanıt bekleme; bulunduğun yerdeki acil yardım hizmetine başvur.

3. Hesap ve kayıtların

Temel takibi hesap açmadan kullanabilirsin; bazı çevrimiçi özellikler hesap ve/veya Pro gerektirir. Hesap bilgilerini doğru tut, cihazını ve giriş bilgilerini koru. Yetkisiz erişim şüphesini bize bildir.

Hesap açmak cihaz kayıtlarını buluta yüklemez. Uygulamanın silinmesi, cihaz değişimi veya depolama sorunu veri kaybına neden olabilir. Veri taşı ve PDF dışa aktarma yalnız ekranda belirtilen kapsamı içerir; tüm yaşam kayıtlarının ve fotoğrafların tam yedeği değildir. Saklamak istediğin kopyaları güvenli yerde tut; üçüncü kişiye paylaşmadan içeriği kontrol et.

4. Bildirimler ve bağlantılar

Bildirimler; verdiğin izinler, pil tasarrufu, odak modu, saat dilimi, cihaz saati ve işletim sistemi kısıtlamalarından etkilenebilir. Widget ve arka plan güncellemeleri gecikebilir. Kritik bir tıbbi işlemin tek hatırlatıcısı olarak PepLabo'ya güvenme.

Apple Sağlık, Health Connect, WHOOP, Open Food Facts, giriş, ödeme ve AI sağlayıcılarının erişimi, kapsamı ve verileri değişebilir. Bir özellik cihazına, sürüme, ülkeye, izinlerine veya aboneliğe göre kullanılamayabilir. Bizim sorumluluğumuzdaki kusurlar için kanunun sağladığı hakların saklıdır.

5. PepLabo Pro, yenileme ve iptal

Ücretsiz özelliklerin yanında ücretli Pro planları sunulabilir. Satın almadan önce mağazanın gösterdiği fiyat, para birimi, dönem, deneme uygunluğu, vergi ve yenileme koşullarını kontrol et. Aylık veya yıllık planın ve varsa denemenin kesin şartları satın alma ekranında belirtilir; bu metin sabit bir fiyat veya herkese deneme hakkı vaat etmez.

Ödemeler App Store veya Google Play hesabın üzerinden alınır. Otomatik yenilenen plan, mağazada iptal edilene kadar yenilenir. Apple aboneliğinde yenilemeyi önlemek için dönem/deneme bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal et; Apple yenileme ücretini önceki 24 saat içinde alabilir. Google Play'de gösterilen yenileme tarihi ve iptal kuralları geçerlidir. Deneme iptal edilmezse, gösterilen ücretli plana dönüşebilir.

İptal genellikle sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur; erişimin sona ereceği tarih mağazada gösterilir. Bazı denemeler iptalle hemen sona erebilir. Uygulamayı silmek, çıkış yapmak veya hesabını silmek mağaza aboneliğini iptal etmez. Geri yükleme, ilgili mağaza/hesap ve planın desteklediği haklarla sınırlıdır; her platform arasında otomatik taşınma sözü verilmez. Fiyat veya ücretli hak değişikliklerinde mağazanın ve hukukun zorunlu bildirim/onay kuralları uygulanır.

6. İade

App Store satın alımı için Apple iade başvurusunu kullan. Google Play satın alımı için mağazanın iade yolunu kullanabilir veya bize yazabilirsin. Başvuru satın almanın yapıldığı mağazanın süreciyle değerlendirilir. İptal tek başına geçmiş ücretlerin iadesi anlamına gelmez; uygulanabilir cayma, ayıplı hizmet ve diğer zorunlu tüketici hakların korunur.

7. Kullanım ve içerik hakları

Uygulamayı sahip olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin cihazlarda kişisel kullanım için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez lisansla kullanabilirsin. Uygulama, tasarımı, markası ve sağlanan içerik bize veya lisans verenlere aittir; üçüncü taraf/açık kaynak lisanslarının verdiği haklar korunur.

Girdiğin kayıtların ve fotoğrafların hakları sende kalır. Seçtiğin özellikleri sunmak, güvenliğini sağlamak ve desteklemek için gereken sınırlı işleme iznini verirsin; bu izin kayıtlarını reklamda kullanma veya model eğitimi için sınırsız lisans değildir. Kişisel veriler Gizlilik Politikası ve gerekli ayrı izinler çerçevesinde işlenir.

Hizmeti hukuka aykırı amaçla kullanma; başkasının hesabına erişme, başkasının verisini izinsiz gönderme, zararlı içerik yükleme, kullanım/ödeme/güvenlik sınırlarını aşma veya sistemi bozacak toplu istekler gönderme. Kanunun veya ilgili lisansın izin verdiği durumlar dışında yazılımı kopyalama, dağıtma veya tersine mühendislikle çözme.

8. Garanti ve sorumluluk

Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde hizmet mevcut haliyle sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı, belirli bir sağlık sonucu sağlayacağı ya da her cihazda her bağlantıyı destekleyeceği taahhüt edilmez. Zorunlu kalite, güvenlik, hizmet ve tüketici güvencelerin bundan etkilenmez.

Hiçbir hüküm hile, kasıt, ağır kusur, ihmalden kaynaklanan ölüm veya kişisel yaralanma ya da kanunen sınırlandırılamayan başka bir sorumluluğu ortadan kaldırmaz. Zararın kapsamı, nedensellik ve uygulanabilir hukuk çerçevesinde değerlendirme yapılır; yalnız uygulamayı kullanman tüm zararları üstlendiğin veya kanuni başvuru haklarından vazgeçtiğin anlamına gelmez.

9. Askıya alma ve sona erme

Hizmeti kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabını silebilirsin. Mağaza aboneliğini ve yerel kayıtlarını ayrıca yönetmelisin. Güvenlik tehdidi, ciddi ihlal veya hukuki zorunluluk halinde gerekli özelliklere erişimi sınırlandırabiliriz. Uygun ve hukuken mümkün olduğunda nedenini bildirir, düzeltme/itiraz olanağı sunarız. Ücretli haklar için zorunlu iade ve çözüm hakları korunur.

10. Değişiklikler

Hizmet veya bu koşullar değiştiğinde tarih ve açıklama güncellenir. Önemli değişiklikler, yürürlüğe girmeden önce gerekli bildirim ve gerekiyorsa yeni kabul ile uygulanır. Satın alınmış ücretli hakları etkileyen değişikliklerde uygulanabilir mağaza ve tüketici kuralları izlenir.

11. Hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar

Bu sözleşmede Dubai Emirliği'nde uygulanan Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri hukuku esas alınır. Yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu tüketici korumaları, zorunlu mahkeme/kurum yetkileri ve başvuru hakların saklıdır. Zorunlu başka bir yetki yoksa Dubai mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Sorunu destek üzerinden çözmeye çalışabiliriz; bu, kanuni başvuru süreni veya hakkını sınırlandırmaz.

Bir hükmün uygulanamaması diğer geçerli hükümleri ortadan kaldırmaz. Türkçe ve İngilizce sürümler aynı hakları açıklamak için hazırlanmıştır; çeviri farkı zorunlu haklarını azaltacak şekilde yorumlanamaz.

12. Mağaza lisansı ve iletişim

Apple üzerinden edinilen uygulamanın lisansı için, ayrıca kabul edilmiş özel bir EULA yoksa Apple Standart EULA uygulanır. Hizmet desteği, gizlilik ve uygulamayla ilgili talepler için işletmeciye ulaşabilirsin; Apple'ın kendi mağaza/ödeme yükümlülükleri ve zorunlu hakların saklıdır. Google Play'den edinilen uygulamada ilgili mağazanın şartları da uygulanır.

Before you start

1. Agreement, operator and age

These terms govern the PepLabo mobile app, peplabo.app and related services. Operator: THA MOTORS TRADING - FZCO, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: support@peplabo.app.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Do not use the service if you do not accept these terms. Store terms shown at purchase also apply. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; these terms do not replace separate consent required for health-data or AI processing.

2. Health information and tool limitations

PepLabo organizes entries, provides reminders and presents information. It does not create a clinician-patient relationship or provide diagnosis, treatment decisions, substance selection or safe-dose determination. Inclusion of a substance in the library does not establish that it is recommended, safe, effective or approved in your country. PepLabo does not sell or supply substances.

Calculations depend on the quantities, units, concentrations and device capacities you enter. Label recognition, barcode lookup, vial fill/depletion estimates and nutrition data can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify inputs, units, product labels and results. Consult a qualified health professional about health decisions, side effects, administration or dosing; do not start, change or stop treatment based on an app result.

AI responses can look convincing while being incorrect, incomplete or outdated. Safety filters cannot prevent every incorrect response. AI conversations are not monitored in real time by a health professional. In an emergency, do not wait for the app; contact local emergency services.

3. Account and records

Basic tracking can be used without an account; some online features require an account and/or Pro. Keep account information accurate and protect your device and credentials. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Creating an account does not upload device records to the cloud. Uninstalling the app, changing devices or storage problems may result in data loss. Data transfer and PDF export cover only the scope stated in the relevant screen; they are not a full backup of all lifestyle records and photos. Keep needed copies securely and review them before sharing with someone else.

4. Notifications and connections

Notifications depend on permissions, battery saving, focus settings, time zones, device clocks and operating system restrictions. Widgets and background updates may be delayed. Do not rely on PepLabo as your only reminder for a critical medical action.

Availability, scope and data from Apple Health, Health Connect, WHOOP, Open Food Facts, sign-in, payment and AI providers can change. A feature may be unavailable depending on your device, version, country, permissions or subscription. Your legal rights for faults that are our responsibility remain protected.

5. PepLabo Pro, renewals and cancellation

Paid Pro plans may be offered alongside free features. Before purchasing, check the price, currency, period, trial eligibility, taxes and renewal terms displayed by the store. The purchase screen states the exact monthly/yearly plan and any trial terms; this document does not promise a fixed price or a trial for everyone.

Payments are charged through your App Store or Google Play account. Auto-renewing plans renew until cancelled through the store. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the period/trial ends to avoid renewal; Apple may charge within the preceding 24 hours. For Google Play, the displayed renewal date and cancellation rules apply. A trial may convert to the stated paid plan if not cancelled.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; the store shows when access ends. Some trials may end immediately when cancelled. Uninstalling, signing out or deleting your account does not cancel the store subscription. Restoration is limited to entitlements supported by the relevant store/account and plan; automatic portability across all platforms is not promised. Changes to prices or paid entitlements follow mandatory store and legal notice/consent rules.

6. Refunds

For App Store purchases, use Apple's refund request process. For Google Play purchases, use its refund process or contact us. Requests are assessed through the purchasing store's process. Cancellation alone does not refund past charges; applicable withdrawal rights, remedies for defective services and other mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

7. Use and content rights

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app personally on devices you own or control. The app, design, brand and supplied content belong to us or our licensors; rights granted by third-party/open-source licences remain intact.

You retain rights in your records and photos. You give the limited processing permission needed to provide, secure and support features you choose; this is not an unlimited licence to use your records in advertising or for model training. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and any required separate permissions.

Do not use the service unlawfully, access another person's account, submit another person's information without authority, upload malicious content, bypass usage/payment/security limits or send disruptive bulk requests. Do not copy, distribute or reverse engineer the software except where permitted by law or the relevant licence.

8. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available; uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular health outcome or support for every connection on every device is not promised. Mandatory quality, safety, service and consumer protections remain unaffected.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Loss is assessed according to its scope, causation and applicable law; merely using the app does not mean you assume every loss or waive legal remedies.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account. Manage store subscriptions and local records separately. We may restrict affected features when necessary for a security threat, serious breach or legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we explain the reason and offer an opportunity to correct or appeal the issue. Mandatory refunds and remedies for paid entitlements remain available.

10. Changes

When the service or terms change, the date and explanation are updated. Material changes take effect after required notice and, where needed, renewed acceptance. Changes affecting purchased entitlements follow applicable store and consumer rules.

11. Law and disputes

This agreement is governed by UAE law as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Mandatory consumer protections, compulsory jurisdiction and remedies in your country of residence remain available. Where no other mandatory forum applies, Dubai courts have jurisdiction. We can try to resolve a concern through support; this does not limit legal deadlines or remedies.

If a provision cannot be enforced, other valid provisions remain in effect. The Turkish and English versions are intended to describe the same rights; translation differences cannot be interpreted to reduce mandatory rights.

12. Store licence and contact

For apps obtained through Apple, the Apple Standard EULA governs the app licence unless a separately accepted custom EULA applies. Contact the operator for service support, privacy and app-related claims; Apple's own store/payment duties and your mandatory rights remain intact. Relevant store terms also apply to apps obtained through Google Play.
