A side effect tracker that sits next to your doses

PepLabo lets you log how you feel after a GLP-1 or peptide dose in a few taps, keeps it next to your dose history and turns it into a weekly summary you can show your clinician.

How a check-in works

  1. Open a check-in

From the Lifestyle tab, or from the optional reminder that arrives 2, 6 or 24 hours after a logged dose.

  2. Mark what you noticed

Energy, sleep and mood from 0 to 10, any of 14 symptoms, and an overall severity from 0 to 10.

  3. Link a dose if you want

Doses you logged in the previous 72 hours appear as suggestions. Linking is only a note; the app draws no conclusions.

  4. Review the week

The summary shows average severity, number of check-ins, the most-logged symptoms, a breakdown by linked compound and a timeline.

What you can record

  • Date and time of the check-in, including earlier days.
  • Energy, sleep and mood, each on a 0–10 scale; you only fill in what you want.
  • Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, heartburn, bloating, appetite change, headache, fatigue, dizziness, trouble sleeping, injection-site reaction, muscle or joint pain, mood changes.
  • Overall severity from 0 (none) to 10, shown as mild, moderate or severe.
  • A related dose from the previous 72 hours, and a free-text note.

What PepLabo does not do

PepLabo does not decide whether a medicine caused a symptom, does not suggest stopping, changing or continuing anything, and does not recommend doses. If you mark a severity of 7 or more, it shows a note to contact your doctor if you are worried and to call your local emergency number in an emergency.

Pep AI, part of PepLabo Pro, can answer questions about your own records, such as how many check-ins you logged this week. It declines dose and medical questions on the phone.

Your records stay on your phone

Check-ins are stored on your device with the rest of your PepLabo data. PepLabo has no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and you can export all your data from settings.

Medicine names mentioned elsewhere in this section are trademarks of their owners. PepLabo is not affiliated with them. PepLabo is a tracking tool, not a medical device.

Questions

Is the side effect tracker free?

Yes. Side-effect check-ins, the reminder and the weekly summary are part of the free app. Pep AI questions about your records need PepLabo Pro.

Can I log side effects for a medicine I take by mouth?

Yes. Check-ins are not tied to injections; you can link one to any dose you logged in the previous 72 hours, whether it was an injection or a tablet.

Does PepLabo tell me if a side effect is serious?

No. It does not assess symptoms. The medicine pages in this section summarise what each label says about when to contact a doctor, and your clinician is the person to ask.
