How to track NAD+ in PepLabo

  1. Add NAD+ as you were given it

PepLabo records any compound you enter yourself. Pick the form (pen, vial, tablets or other); the library entry shows its current status, with sources.

  2. Enter your own schedule

Every day, specific weekdays or every X days, one or more times a day, with optional on/off periods. The numbers come from you or your clinician; PepLabo keeps the time.

  3. Log every dose

Each log saves the date, time and the amount you entered. For vials the calculator converts it to U-100 units; pens and tablets need no unit math.

  4. Rotate injection sites

Tap where the injection went on a front and back body map. The last site shows on the Today screen, and a weekly heat map shows which areas rested. When you log a dose, it suggests the area you have rested longest among the ones you use, and you can always pick another.

  5. Note how you feel

A quick check-in records energy, sleep, mood and symptoms such as nausea or an injection-site reaction. You can link it to a dose from the 72 hours before; the app draws no conclusions.

  6. Keep a history you can share

Every dose stays in your history. Export it as a file or create a PDF report (Pro) to show your clinician.

What the sources sayWhat PepLabo does with it
NAD+ infusions are offered in some clinics [2].Choose a vial or Infusion container as the form; each session is saved with the date and time.
Reactions during infusions have been reported [2].Check-ins record symptoms with a severity and can be linked to a dose from the previous 72 hours; an export or a PDF report (Pro) helps you show them to a clinician.
The FDA’s warning concerned one lot of a compounded product [3].Lot and expiry fields keep each vial distinct, and a label scan fills in the text from the vial.

Questions

Can I log a NAD+ infusion at a clinic?

Yes. Choose Infusion container as the form and log the session with the date and time. A check-in afterwards can record how you felt; PepLabo draws no conclusions.

Does PepLabo tell me what NAD+ dose to take?

No. The amount, the timing and the treatment are decided by you and your prescriber; PepLabo writes down what was decided and reminds you when it is due.

Can I log NAD+ if it is not an approved medicine?

Yes. PepLabo records whatever you enter and does not check where a product came from. Its library shows the regulatory status of NAD+ with sources. Whether to use any substance is a decision for you and a qualified clinician, within the law where you live.
