How to track BPC-157 in PepLabo

  1. Add the BPC-157 vial

Enter the amount in the vial and the water you added, or scan the label to fill in the text. Lot, reconstitution date and expiry are optional.

  2. Enter your own schedule

Every day, specific weekdays or every X days, one or more times a day, with optional on/off periods. The numbers come from you or your clinician; PepLabo keeps the time.

  3. Log the dose and the units

The calculator turns the amount you were prescribed into units on a U-100 syringe. Each log lowers the vial level and updates the estimate of doses left.

  4. Rotate injection sites

Tap where the injection went on a front and back body map. The last site shows on the Today screen, and a weekly heat map shows which areas rested. When you log a dose, it suggests the area you have rested longest among the ones you use, and you can always pick another.

  5. Note how you feel

A quick check-in records energy, sleep, mood and symptoms such as nausea or an injection-site reaction. You can link it to a dose from the 72 hours before; the app draws no conclusions.

  6. Keep a history you can share

Every dose stays in your history. Export it as a file or create a PDF report (Pro) to show your clinician.

What the sources sayWhat PepLabo does with it
There is no approved label, so no official amount, schedule or storage rule exists [1].PepLabo pre-fills nothing: the calculator has no default amount, and the use period after mixing stays empty until you enter it.
The FDA is concerned about impurities in injectable and nasal products [1].Lot and expiry fields keep each vial distinct, and a label scan fills in the text from the vial.
Human safety data are very limited [1][2].Check-ins record symptoms with a severity and can be linked to a dose from the previous 72 hours; an export or a PDF report (Pro) helps you show them to a clinician.

Questions

Why does PepLabo ask for the water added to a BPC-157 vial?

Because the concentration depends on it. With the vial amount and the water volume, the calculator converts the amount you enter into U-100 syringe units. It never fills in an amount for you.

Does PepLabo tell me what BPC-157 dose to take?

No. The amount, the timing and the treatment are decided by you and your prescriber; PepLabo writes down what was decided and reminds you when it is due.

Can I log BPC-157 if it is not an approved medicine?

Yes. PepLabo records whatever you enter and does not check where a product came from. Its library shows the regulatory status of BPC-157 with sources. Whether to use any substance is a decision for you and a qualified clinician, within the law where you live.
