How to track semaglutide in PepLabo

  1. Add the product on your box

Search for semaglutide or the brand name on your box. Add it in the form you were given: pen, vial or tablets. The library links brand names to the substance.

  2. Weekly or daily, as prescribed

Choose a weekday for a weekly injection, or Every day for a daily form. Reminders come before, on time and when a dose is missed.

  3. Log every dose

Each log saves the date, time and the amount you entered. For vials the calculator converts it to U-100 units; pens and tablets need no unit math.

  4. Rotate injection sites

Tap where the injection went on a front and back body map. The last site shows on the Today screen, and a weekly heat map shows which areas rested. When you log a dose, it suggests the area you have rested longest among the ones you use, and you can always pick another.

  5. Note how you feel

A quick check-in records energy, sleep, mood and symptoms such as nausea or an injection-site reaction. You can link it to a dose from the 72 hours before; the app draws no conclusions.

  6. Follow weight, share a report

Log weight by hand or import it from Apple Health or Health Connect (Pro). A PDF of your dose log (Pro) is ready for your next appointment.

Questions

Can I track semaglutide from a vial?

Yes. Add it as a vial and enter what is on the label; the calculator converts a prescribed amount to U-100 units. PepLabo does not check where a product came from. The FDA page on unapproved GLP-1 drugs explains its concerns about products sold outside approved channels.

I use Ozempic® now and may change to Wegovy®. Will my semaglutide history mix up?

No. Each brand is its own product in PepLabo, all linked to semaglutide in the library. Your history shows which one you logged on each day.

Does PepLabo tell me what semaglutide dose to take?

No. The amount, the timing and the treatment are decided by you and your prescriber; PepLabo writes down what was decided and reminds you when it is due.
