Workout and activity tracking next to your doses

Movement is part of almost every weight-management plan, and strength work gets extra attention when weight comes off. A workout log next to your doses also shows how training days line up with side effects and sleep.

How much activity do guidelines suggest?

The World Health Organization’s physical activity guidance for adults is 150–300 minutes a week of moderate aerobic activity, or 75–150 minutes of vigorous activity, or a mix — plus muscle-strengthening activities that work all major muscle groups on 2 or more days a week. Some activity is better than none.[1]

For people on GLP-1 medicines, the 2025 joint advisory (ACLM, ASN, OMA, TOS) highlights resistance training and diet to preserve muscle and bone, and suggests assessing activity habits and strength at the start.[2]

What changes on a GLP-1 medicine?

  • Eating less can leave you with less fuel; note how sessions feel on low-appetite days.
  • Hydrate around exercise — the labels warn that vomiting or diarrhoea can lead to dehydration.[3][4]
  • If you have diabetes and use insulin or a sulfonylurea, the labels warn of a higher risk of low blood sugar; ask how to adjust around exercise.[3][4]
  • The Wegovy® label asks patients to tell their clinician about palpitations or a racing heartbeat at rest.[3]

What does PepLabo not do?

PepLabo does not create workout plans, set intensity limits or judge whether an exercise is safe for you. It records the sessions you do and shows them next to your doses.
